Refund Policy

 

We are obliged to make you satisfied with our products and service on rolifeonline.com. If you not happy with your purchase.  We provide refund & exchange service under the following conditions:

  1. All returns and refunds must be applied within 30 days of receiving your purchase at rolifeonline@gmail.com or Contact  page.
  2. Please provide your order number and reason for your return or refund. We will review your request and send you further email if it is approved.
  3. Only purchase on rolifeonline.com could be refunded. If you buy from other websites, please contact them directly for refunds.
  4. Special deal products cannot be returned .
  5. Returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt. 
  6. We are not responsible for shipping charge of returns for personal reasons. 

 


 

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us, we will deal with it with no doubt. You need to provide:

  • Order number
  • Proof or purchase
  • Picture of damaged package or products
  • Correct shipping address

We will arrange replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But damage caused by customer will be issued extra fee for replacement.

 


 

Process Time of Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will refund you within 36 hours once your package is received.

But it will take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. If you have any question about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.

 


Change or Cancel Order

If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 2 days of placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that has been sent out cannot be modified or cancelled.
