Many of our employees(especially all employees of our factory)will be taking a well-deserved break from February 9th to February 17th; during this period, we welcome you to continue placing orders through our website, though please expect some delays in order processing and delivery.
Customer Support Response Times:
Our customer service team will remain available to assist you and respond to messages within 48 hours, excluding weekends, during the holiday period.
Ordering Advice:
You can still purchase our merchandise anytime, but shipping may be delayed by a few days. For orders placed between February 9th and February 13th, we will ship on February 14th, and for orders placed between February 14th and February 17th, we will begin shipping on February 18th.
Normal order processing will resume on February 18th. Please note that there may be some additional processing time after this date.
