Why Does Rolife DIY Kits Not Include Pigments and Glue?
Sep 28,2023 | Rolife Team
If you've purchased Rolife DIY kits from Rolifeonline.com and noticed that the instruction manual mentions the need for glue and pigments but couldn't find these items in the packaging, you might wonder why.
Let us clarify without any deception involved.
Why Aren't Pigments and Glue Included in the Product?
The products you order from Rolifeonline.com are shipped directly from our factory in China. They are meticulously packed in the factory, go through customs inspection, and are then shipped by air to reach your doorstep through a local carrier. It's important to note that these orders must be transported by air, and here's where the issue arises.
Airline regulations classify glues and pigments as hazardous materials, which means they cannot be included in the packaging. These regulations align with the United Nations' dangerous goods list, making it impossible for us to include these materials in the product.
Why Do Locally Purchased Rolife Products Include Wax Blocks and Glue?
When you purchase Rolife products from a local store, you may find the necessary auxiliary tools like wax blocks and glue included. This is because these products are transported via maritime routes, which allows for the inclusion of these materials in the packaging.
Why Don't We Use Maritime Transport?
While maritime transport does enable us to include wax and glue, it comes with a significant drawback - it has a much longer transit time, typically taking about one month. Rolifeonline.com, as the official Rolife online store, aims to provide you with the latest Rolife products promptly. We do have overseas warehouses, but air transportation is the preferred choice for expediency.
We sincerely apologize for not including these tools in the packaging. We understand your concerns, and we're actively addressing these issues to enhance your experience. Our team has been working diligently to improve our products. You'll notice that our recently released items feature pre-cut parts, painted components, easy-to-assemble bayonet splicing designs, and finished parts. These enhancements minimize the need for glue and paint during the construction process, as seen in the Rolife Dreamy Garden House DG163.
