A surprise figure doll or blind box is a sealed box, so you won't know which figure you get until you open it. You can see all the possible figure dolls on the box packaging. Each set of Rolife surprise figure dolls includes several regular designs and one rare hidden figure.
Can I choose which character I receive?
No, you can't choose. The figure inside each box is random. If you buy a full case, you will get all the characters in that series and sometimes the hidden figure too. If the case includes the hidden figure, it will replace one of the regular ones.
How many styles are available in one series?
Typically, each surprise figure doll series includes 12 regular figure dolls and 1 hidden figure doll. Some series have 8 regular figure dolls and 1 hidden figure doll, or 6 regular figure dolls and 1 hidden figure. You can see all the characters and styles for each series on the product page.
Will I get duplicates if I buy more than one?
While each box is random, there’s a chance of receiving duplicate characters if you purchase multiple boxes. Some customers trade duplicates with friends or fellow collectors!
Are there rare or limited-edition figures?
All Rolife figure doll series include a secret figure doll. It is harder to get than the regular ones.
Can I return or exchange a blind box?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of blind boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Are these figures safe for children and what age group are they for?
Yes, the materials we use for our surprise figure dolls are safe for children, but they may pose a choking hazard. Please keep them away from children under 8 years old. We recommend them for ages 15 and up.
