Glenne’s Story

Born in the Philippines, her early life was difficult; her parents were barely able to buy food. However, with hard work and single-mindedness, she overcame her hardships and became a registered nurse. 

Glenne was a great success in what is a challenging profession. She worked long hours for low pay and sometimes had to look death in the eye. However, she was compelled to help the sick and needy to the best of her ability, and eventually her hard work paid off. She secured a job as a registered nurse in the United States for higher pay.

Glenne had dreamt about creating Rolife miniature kits, but they had been out of her price range. Now, however, she was finally able to fulfill her dreams. She felt proud of her achievements and said.

“I’ve worked hard all my life, and at last I have my reward. I am finally able to own a Rolife kit, which I was unable to do back home in the Philippines.”

Emotional Expression

Glenne couldn’t have been happier. Her first Rolife DIY kit was more than just a hobby. It represented her life, the struggles she had been through and her accomplishments. It reminded her of the difficult days of her childhood, but now she finally felt the innocent happiness of a child. She says,

“My inner child is happy now.”

Conclusion

Rather than just a pastime, for Glenne, her first Rolife DIY kit became a reminder of how far she had come. Each tiny piece held a bigger meaning: perseverance, hope, and the joy of finally giving her inner child the happiness she had longed for.
